it is on a 5.4L 2000 f150 lightning svt, the pulley that drives the blower belt has three nuts on studs holding it to the block, I can not figure out how to remove it from the front crankshaft dampner.

Those pulleys rarely just fall off once you remove the bolts, I suggest going to Autozone or O'Riely's and use their puller on the free loaner tools program that they offer.

remove the 3 nuts and u probably have to remove the crankpulley bolt as well. by the book or go tothe dealer and have them print out a parts figure

You have to remove the big bolt in the center and use a harmonic balancer puller to get it off.
