how often should a furnace be inspected?

we just moved in to a house and they said it was inspected before selling so how long do we wait

it should be inspected before use in the fall but if you just move in and it was inspected...do you have a copy of the inspection? look there...were there problems? check the filter to clean it before you use it too...clean the filter 1X month or 2X month
