I don't know enough abuot the various sects of the Muslim faith but I believe that it is a lot less violent and evil than a relative few Evil Extremeists make it out to be.

There are millions of peaceful Muslims world wide who are very good people and lead rightous lives. We cannot judge them or condemn them because of a very small percentage of Terrorists who hide behind the Muslim name.

Not much. I already knew that Allah was not another name for the living God, so I researched it and found that it was actually a moon god. Google it for yourself. It shows the picture and everything. I thought about how Man had used idol and false gods before Jesus had come, and the Egyptians used to pray to these gods, because they could see them. Allah is one of them. The concept of there being other gods stems from that, and is a part of many religions today. In fact Mecca, is where these stone idols were worshiped. Now, only Allah is worshiped there, and they try to say that Allah is another name for God. They don't even realize what they are worshipping, and if they do, they don't seem to care. It's perfectly normal for them to set their holidays by a lunar calendar, and have the symbol of the moon and star in their symbol. None of them asks why? Mohammed is a proven child molester by marrying 6 and 9 year old girls. I don't care if they were married, and the parents consented to the lunacy. I don't care if the child did have a prococious puberty at 9. 6 and 9 years of age is still a child, and that makes him a child molester. How dare they compare Jesus to Mohammed by saying He was just a prophet?
Jesus was the word of God made flesh, and therefore, Jesus IS God. I think this is the reason that people don't see the different sects of Islam, because they ALL are worshiping that moon god allah.

Well, I respect the Muslim religion, just like every other religion. =^^= I think that everyone has a right to choose their beliefs, and I find it to be pretty spiffy how Islam, Christianity, and Judaism are all so closely related, even though they have reasons to be. Plus the word 'Islam' means peace; that's pretty nice.. And I find it amazing how a lot of followers of Islam are so dedicated to their religion ... I really respect that ... And ..Kaysar from Big Brother prayed several times a day, even on TV and in the game; it helped keep him sane and at peace with himself.

Same as Christianity or any other cult. A belief system born of fear and ignorance. A plague upon humanity that has caused tremendous amounts of harm in the world. Systems that divide us and make people feel like it is OK with not understanding how the world really works.

Similar to viruses, religions have killed millions and have the potential to kill us all.

I used to be a Muslim, It really is based on a peaceful religion. There is alot of respect in the religion towards the prophets. Even though they are guided wrong, confessing Jesus isnt the Son of God, they are like any other peaceful religion such as buddist, But without the Son you can not go to the Father. But Muslim religion is a peaceful (earthly) religion. It isnt the Truth though, Jesus is the Truth, The Son of God, The Lamb of God

I think that if you're a fanatical, you're just a fanatical. No matter what religion you practice. Refer to George Carlin and his statement about religion being responsible for more deaths than anything else combined.

The much I know , it is a very peaceful religion, but the exremist is giving them a bad rap. It also depends on your interpretation of the Koran or your mentor, just like Christianity.

When I look at the nations that have been founded on the muslim religion I see repression and violence. This religion does not promote peace and in fact promotes persecution and agression against non believers

I believe that the Muslims are from Abraham's first born son.

Not the son of promise,

Sarah and Abraham's son together is the son of Promise.
