The 32 bit versions on windows install fine. I have a dual core Athlon 64 4400 x2 processor using a 250GB IDE hard drive with a
gigabyte motherboard. I tested the ram and even tried with only 1GB stick. I get the Blue screen error. Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL everytime I try to Install any 64 bit version of 64 server or 64 xp. Any ideas ? Thanks.

If your versions of windows are downloaded say like of limewire or a bittorrent. Then somewhere in the process a copyright corrupted the file. If you bought them I don't know what to tell you but call microsoft.

Try to go to your Bios system and disable the Audio card which i think is on your board.after disabling it try to install xp 64 and see what will happen.

This website thread says it has something to do with your sound card drivers.

I would take it that means you should try uninstalling the drivers for your sound card and reinstalling them & or upgrading the drivers for your sound card.
