because the uneducated fails to relize Satan walks the Earth. God resides in Heaven waiting until the moment he feels its time to come down and destroy Evil. Until then man has free will. Satan was kicked out of heaven on to earth where his 1st victims were adam and eve. and his army continues to corrupt man. The Famins, plauges, and storms are here to let us know Jesus Is returning soon and that thease things must happen ( its in the bible ) Why dose Man Have Freewill? well GOD used to perform miricals all the time..Read Exodus in the Bible and see why he stopped and gave man free will.

It seems natural to blame God because he could have prevented something bad, but he allowed it to happen for reasons we don't see at the time, so we get mad at him for not doing what we wanted.

My Jeep broke down yesterday and I didn't blame God. I did pray to Him for a solution. I made it home, my Jeep got to the garage and was fixed at a reasonable price, and I got the money to pay for it. I haven't worked all summer because of neck surgery and was worried about finances. Everything worked out fine.

Because God is just a mean dude with magnifying glass. Are you for or against this? Because if you are one of those "all about God" people you should have capitilized the G in God.

I don't think they blame God, they just don't understand. I don't understand why there are rich people in this world, yet there are homeless and starving people.
God gave us life, Our ancestors Eve and Adam screwed it up for us.

because they believe that god controlls everything, and they can't take the blame. besides, god cannot (or will not) verbally stick up for himself. they blame the unknown.

They don't want it to seem like their faults.
It could also be that they are working to turn others against God.

It's easier than blaming themselves, and if they blamed satan they'd have to admit he exists and that they might be spending eternity with him.
