It takes a few days, but beware, your body will store everything. And once you do eat again, the weight will poor back on, because you have slowed your metabolism waaaaayyyyy down. Not a good idea, just eat sensibly, and you will be fine.

Your body isn't just fat-all your organs need Nutrition every day-there are nutrients, vitamins, minerals that are not stored but what your body does not use that day leaves with urine and why you must again have the next day. By the time your body starts eating itself-you are in big trouble. Burning fat is not accomplished by not eating thinking your body will then use fat for nutrition-wrong. The trick is to every day USE more calories than you take in by being ACTIVE and walking fast-to break into a sweat-no casual walking is a good activity approx 1hr-1 1/2hr every day.Can also swim, dance, tennis and so on. First I'd go to nutritionist and get a healthy eating plan follow it,cut way down on sugar, cut out fast food,chips-eat baked instead and MOVE. Good Luck

Just letting you know, this is all bullshit and you are body-shaming so hard and that is just ridiculous. Worry about your own body, and what you look like. Not not what other people look like. Being overweight does not mean out of shape. I know quite a few larger people that can run farther, lift more weights, and do more workouts than any thin person. Saggy boobs has nothing to do with weight. Some people have big boobs even if they're skinny, and those sag, too. Almost everyone has stretch marks. Stretch marks do not always mean you're fat, it can also mean you grew too fast. If you look at unedited photos of celebrities, 80% of those women have stretch marks. Just because they aren't red or pink, doesn't mean they aren't there Not everyone is built the same. Just because YOU are in "great shape" doesn't mean everyone else is going to be. Some people like being fat (yes, those people DO exist and are VERY happy with the way they look). And some people just simply have a hard time losing weight, or they gain weight very easily. There are diseases that cause people to gain weight and not get it off. aka; having a bad thyroid.

if ur trying to loose weight, starving yourself is a bad idea. Not only is it malnutrition, but it also slows your metabolism. Then when you do eat, your metabolism takes longer to digest. Therefore, you essentially gain more weight.
