I realize that most Jews do not believe that Jesus was God's messiah. But what exactly do you think of him? Do you think he was a prophet? A great moral teacher? A liar? A crazy person? What do you think about him and his teachings? what exactly do you think about him?

I am a Jew and for what I know from sunday school for 5 years. We don't really talk about Jesus that much. I don't think Jesus is g-d. I think that there is only one g-d and that is g-d. Everybody thinks that a jew killed Jesus but its 2006. Do you think anyone who is alive lived that long?

he was one of many that went around ranting and raving, but like all of the others ,did not fit the profile that was set down in the old testament,i dont think that he was a liar but i do think that his followers were a bit over the top when talking to others about him ,they decded what would be in the new testament that would suit their purpose,i am sure that all the jews of the day would have loved it if he was the messiah because they were waiting to be freed from the tyrrany of rome so i'm sure that they would have done everything to accept him as the saviour,do you really think that if a person today who claimed to be the messiah would be accepted (i dont think so)

depends on which jew you ask. my understanding has him at best being a jewish person interested in reforming the religion, at worst, a rabble rouser interested in turning people from god completely.
not a prophet, messiah, divine anything. his techings are not particularly moral nor necessary from a jewish perspective.

he was likely well intentioned.

whether he belived himself to be the messiah is a matter of debate but from what I see he was trying to what he thought was best for his people.

as for weather he was crazy, its possible but due to lack of information its hard to say for sure.

it depends on who you ask!
some will call him a liar, a bastard and a heretic
and some will call him a teacher

he's not the Jewish Messiah because he didn't fulfill the prophecy..
