The judge turned it down.
Still no sign of ICE, mind you....

There are many attempts to portray this woman as a pathetic, down-trodden soul who is (sniff) just trying to pursue a better life. She is a criminal, plain and simple. Already been deported once, so she knows it's wrong to be here. Has a fake Social Security card which she knew she did not legally acquire. If you or I did that, we'd be in jail so fast it would make your American head spin. No one can convince me that she is a poor ignorant soul lost in our big, sophisticated ways of doing things. She got that fake SS card somewhere and she paid for it. These people are not stupid. That is one mistake that Americans often make that we need to be watchful for: just because someone does not speak English doesn't make them stupid. They realize what they are doing.

This is certainly not a good strategy for the government to reduce criminal activities of illegal immigrants. They are allowing more Elvira Arellanos to follow her tactics of flagrantly defying the law and underscoring how weak the government in exercising its authority. Not only by their illegal presence is costing the federal government significantly but also arresting, prosecuting, sentencing illegal aliens' crime. There should really be no stopping for ICE to do their job when they can clearly identify the offending alien and certain of her whereabouts.They shld deport her en pronto and save taxpayers' money.

They need to drag her *** back where she came from. She's breaking the law, she's deliberately making a spectacle of herself, simultaneously making a travesty of the whole immigration issue, it's a joke, and the joke's on the taxpayer unless we start seeing some common-sense responses on a regular basis from city/state/federal...this stupidity's gone on long enough. Other countries, such as Mexico, need to get with the program of taking care of their own. No amount of public spectacles such as this one, which I believe is calculated,
should induce the 'aw, you POOR dear' response from american voters. Maybe NAFTA was a mistake, you know?
Mexico fully has the capacity to hold commerce in such fashion that their economy supports their citizens. Our generous policy toward them has been financing their long-term continued dysfunction, it's time to get the border built, and kindly but firmly remind em it's time to pull their socks up and stop trying to live exclusively off the United States. I wish I had 1/10th of 1% of the interest on the money we've THROWN at Mexico these last 30 years, I'd be independently wealthy and living on a yacht or something. This lady can be poster-girl for border policy reform.

She needs to be deported now and her anchor child with her.Shes a disgrace to women and mothers for putting her son thru this just for her own benefit.Shes a criminal And good for Judge St Eve.
But first she should have to serve jail time for her crimes.
She is a very selfish person .typical of illegals.
