Yes, but only in the short term. It's good if you need to loose a few lbs. for an upcoming event, but it is mostly water weight that is lost, not really worth the $15 a bottle for long term use, because you can only do it for 2 days at a time. When you go off the juice the weight comes right back on, plus 2 or 3 lbs. Gets boring after a while, and you will be HUNGRY!!!

Honestly, any diet will work short term. If you want to drop a few pounds quickly for a special event, the diet will be OK for you. Of course, the second you stop the diet, you will just gain the weight back (plus more). If you are looking to lose weight and actually keep it off--I hate to tell you, but you need to look at changing your entire view of food forever. Take a look at a program like Weight Watchers. They have a fantastic program that really works. I know several people who have lost anywhere from 15-180lbs on their plan (depending on their needs) and kept it off for several years already. It also works for any age. Another thing I would highly advise is to start a good exercise program. Even taking a walk around the block would be a great start.

no. it doesnt matter on what diet u take, it all depends on how commited u r. no diet will work if u rnt that serious about losing weight. but if u r serious and will stay commited then any kind of diet will work. but remember no to go overboard and get anorexic or bulimic or anything,

Not it does not, no diet really works, what you are looking at is a total lifestyle change.
The best foods are totally organic - free from chemicals.

not really. just get on a regular diet, that takes a little longer, and one that actually works, and doesnt kill your immune system.
