i would like to do a mass mailing/printing of the envelopes, is there an easier way to do the envelopes than to type each individual envelope? i need to know if there is a way...this is for wedding invitations.

First, you should properly hand write all the addresses. Miss Manners would say so.

However, you should be able to do a mail merge, and either address envelopes directly if you can get them to feed through the printer, or print labels. If you decide to use labels, at least go for some really classy font and perhaps pre-printed fancy labels. Our local stationary store has labels for fancy stuff, and you could, in the past, even get printed labels from the USPS with pictures of old stamps on them. I have a set with the Pink Rose/Love stamp that was so popular as a 25-cent stamp many years ago. If you're going to use 21st century technology, at least make it something classy!

That probably will be hard to do as the invitation are going to different people (right) If you had a greeting card software you can print multi pages of envelops as you can put the setting on how many prints that you want, but as I said before, If the invitation are going to different people it probably want work...

Do a mail merge. You can download your mailing list from a pda, and create a table on word. Save the document, and use it as a file when you do a mail merge.
