You don't!!! Unless you don't mind recieving gifts that are as thoughtless and generic as your invitations will be, I would suggest following the time honored etiquette of handwritten envelopes on the invitation. Another thought, with as much "mass mailing" junk as we all receive in our mailboxes each day, you could very well have people missing your invitation completely and it going straight to recycle!
PS How many people are being invited to your wedding anyway?!?!? Can't you ask a couple of friends to help address them?

That probably will be hard to do as the invitation are going to different people (right) If you had a greeting card software you can print multi pages of envelops as you can put the setting on how many prints that you want, but as I said before, If the invitation are going to different people it probably want work...

There is no way to do it in the software programs, unless you dowload some type of plug in, but you'd have to search the 'net for that.
However, wedding invitations should always be hand addressed. If it's too much for one person, get help from your mom, groom or bridal party.

In Microsoft Word you can do it with a merge with Microsoft Excel. It would be easier if I could walk you through it once you typed in all of your addresses into an Excel spreadsheet as such:
Column A - Name
Column B - Street Address
Column C - City, State & Zip
Just email me --> latidah75 [at] hotmail.com
and I can help you... hope to hear from you! :)

You can do a mail merge in word to create a mailing list. But one way or the other, you're going to have to individually type in the addresses.

clear labels - mail merge!
unless you're printing your own invites then the envelope might be compatible with your printer.

You don't type them at all!!!
It is tacky to address your invitations by mechanical means. They MUST be handwritten. Get friends and relatives to help, if you don't like your handwriting.
