Almost every country from latin america:
Argentina, México, Colombia, Perú, Venezuela, Chile, Equator, Cuba, Guatemala, Bolivia, Dominican Repúblic, El Salvador, Honduras, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Uruguay and Panamá
And also:
Equatorial Guinea in Africa and of course Spain in Europe.
Those are the main country, dont know from the rest 9 you mention.

The major Spanish speaking countries are Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Argentina, Chile. However, twenty-one countries have Spanish as their official language: Spain and all its islands, Guinea Ecuatorial in West Africa, Argentina, Bolivia; Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Domenican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Uruguay. Thus, it is maily in these countries that Spanish is spoken. You can also find Spanish speakers and writers in the Phillipines and in Morroco. Although Spanish is not the official language of Belize, it is commonly spoken there. Spanish is also widely spoken in the US, and is actually the official language of New Mexico State.
Spanish is spoken in Andorra, but it is important to destinguish between Castellano and Catalan. Andorra's official language is Catalan or Valenciano, not Castellano. Nevertheless, a small population, I am sure, speaks Castellano.
