Tea is the only food that has more antioxidants than chocolate, but to eat it in excess is not good either.
Everything in moderation, that's the key.

Sugar free dark chocolate is the best chocolate for you its not necessarily healthy but its better then milk chocolate ..........its good for your heart and it tastes good!

Yes, getting a small amount of any kind of chocolate is healthy. I think dark is the best!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it helps stimulate the brain and it helps prevent cardiovascular disease but you need to eat so much of it that the calories, if unused, would cause serious weight gain and lead to obesity and obesity is the number one cause of cardiovascular disease

it is healthy. Most diabetics can eat them but little amounts and not in excess. Anything taken in excess is always bad:)
