I'm Australian - mature aged male

Can you tell me under what conditions I'd have a fair chance of getting a Green Card to live in the United States??

Thank you.

Check with your near US Consulate - they have certain recognized categories for issuing long stay visas, at a later time
that can be converted to permanent visa. I have some relatives in US staying under such a privilege. Even you are permitted to practice your profession once the local
government issues a licence!

Exclusively for he lo pilot!
What do you mean by "MY GOVERNMENT"....

Well you should check with the US Embassy to see how you can enter the US to obtain the green card. If your a skilled professional, you might not have trouble to come and settle in the US. Have a look at their website.
