I need the forms to fill out to register my dog with the united kennel club

First, was your dog's litter( the breeder's litter that you got your dog from) a registered litter? Breeders have to list thier litters with the club. If the dog's litter was then you will need to know the breeder's name and address, the sires and dam's name and registeration #. If you got all of that then you go to

Hope this was of some help to you! Also if the breeder didn't give you any papers, (they are supposed to) and her dog wasn't registered only a purebred( which sometimes they are not) then there might be no way for your dog to be reg. with the UKC.

Can't you call the UKC??? Don't you get papers from the breeder when you buy the dog like the AKC???????? If you have no paperwork, I don't think they will just register it.
