ok, i have to find a foster mother, mine in fact, but i forgot her name... are there any on here? foster parents i mean?

Sweetie these lists are confidential, as that is where Social services bring children in need of protection.
I suggest you contact the services where you say you were a foster child and ask to speak to the person assigned to your case and maybe you will get help, if they are still foster parenting that is, if not you may be able to send a thank you through the agency in this same way. LOL

I am wondering why you are looking for such a list. I would hope that one does not exist. That information is private for the protection of the children in foster care.
By the way, if you are looking for your own child, I'm sure there was a reason the child was taken away.
