Ok, I need to survey some people who either are cehmists or have worked with a chemist. Please help.
The questions are:
1) Are antibiotics sold over-the-counter (without a prescription)?
2)Are antifungal agents designed as remedies for ringworm and athlete's foot available over-the-counter?
3)Would you be able to list some antibiotic brandnames along with their main ingredients and their use?
4)What are any and all side effects to the above antibiotics?
5)at other kinds of over-the-counter medications are there?

Thank you for your time :)

There are some OTC creams that have topical antibiotics in them. These are too toxic for internal use.

There is an OTC antifungal cream for athlete's foot, but I don't recall the name (Lotrin AT or something like that)

Google will find you far more antibiotics than I could mention, along with every side effect known to man.

Go to your local drug store for other OTC drugs available.

Antibiotics (oral) are not sold OTC. You can buy Lotriman OTC for atheletes foot, among many, many other brands.
