You can still eat and swallow like you normally do. The only way a clot gets dislodged is if you form some kind of vaccuum, such as smoking or drinking through a straw, which are big no-nos for at least 2-3 days. You can still brush your teeth, just be more gentle around the extraction sites, and no vigorous rinsing. It is still important to keep the areas clean so that they can continue to heal properly.

Put the meds in your mouth, then add a gauze to your wisdom teeth area while biting down on the gauze you can still get fluids in your mouth.

You can drink water to take your pills, that won't dislodge the clot, just don't spit or drink through a straw.

Just swallow - don't rinse. Then put a new gauze back in place.

You could gulp it down with you mouth open. Like when the atheletes squirt water into their mouth with their heads tilted back and they gulp it down like that. You won't have to suck.
