my hair is pretty short too, and where would you find aloe vera gel?

I have the same problem and I just tried using the pink sunsilk and the leave in conditioner and when I blow dryed it, it really came out nice and straight and tamed I even woke up without the usual puffy look the next day.

I know what u mean, like wake up with the Farrah Fawcett blowout....try to use aloe vera gel to knock it down, and style it all sorts of ways.

Try getting your hair thinned out at the salon and that should help you alot.

have it texturized, that way, you can control where you want the volume, and where not to have the volume. more of a sculpted look.
