your 15 year old nephew (sister's son) on the lips goodbye (as a lover) and findout later that your own son witnessed the same thing as he stood by a side fence, would you talk to your sister about it? If she refused to believe it happened what would you do?

I did tell my sister, she doesn't believe this man did it, I spoke with her pastor and the School Principal. At least eyes are open at this point.
I wanted to call CPS, but was advised to be cautious of lawsuits against me since I don't have any more documented proof of a problem...since the mother won't make a complaint against the man. What needs to happen for good proof....the man having sex with him and being caught in the middle of it?
Weird thing is... all the people above don't believe the man could do such a thing and say he's just a little more effectionate than most men and would never intentionally do something like that.
Two people witnessed him do it....It happened!
All I can do is pray for my nephew and sister at this point.

I've lost a sister through this. She feels I just want to stop her friendship with this man and end his mentorship with her son. Worst is the denial has her believing that I didn't see what was seen.
I would've wanted to know.

Heck yah....I would be screaming it from the rooftops! I am sure that her son really doesn't know that what the guy is doing is wrong. You need to tell her and contact the proper authorities. Think about it, if he is doing this to one child, he is probably doing it to others too. You should take the responsibility of reporting this to them. If not, you are just as quilty as he.

Tell the sister what happened immediately--have ur son also tell what he witnessed---if she refuse to believe it----phone the police--They will lock his nasty behind up----they will deal with him---the nephew might be embarrassed about what happened---tell him if he tells he is doing a good thing---if this man kissed this boy---he's probably molested some kids in his past---They start of that way with the kiss to make the kid feel at ease with him----he shouldn't be around any children with that type of job

You should talk to your sister. She has a duty to protect her children, but she can't do it if she doesn't know what is going on. If your nephew is gay, that's fine, but being with an older man isn't. Someone needs to send this man away. Also, talk to your son about the situation. Make sure he understands what is wrong.

Talk to your Nephew. Find out what he's thinking. It may be something more than that. Tell your sister too. That's the main thing. I would talk to your sister first. If she doesn't want to believe you then talk to her son. That's not right.

I think that guy would be asking loads of questions and have an investigation by child protection agency workers. Having legal investigations of such action does more than trying to convince relatives there may be a problem.

I would probably tell her. Not trying to intrude with their family, just for the fact that the child is a minor. I wouldn't tell her if you okay or against it, just for the fact that she might already know about it, and she might get offended. Definitely tell her alone and amongst yourselves.
