U mean u sat infront of computer for along time playing.Well may be it's asthenopis i.e eye strain specially in the evening with artificial illumination,may be it's accomodative due to errors of refraction,muscular due to latent squint or nervous in neurasthenia & hysteria & ttt depends on the cause which must be removed.

try not playing live and rest your eyes approx. every hour or to for at least 10 mins, by looking at something distant like the sky, or out the window

Close your eyes for a bit. Maybe take a nap. Rest them.

No, don't put ice on your eyes. Try a washcloth soaked in warm water instead.
