what are risks that we take if young people drive?

I'm more worried about the older people (elderly - not my age). I followed an elderly man yesterday who appeared to be chasing a bee in his vehicle while he was driving. He was all over the road and he wasn't driving very slow!

I don't think young drivers cause more havoc on the road than the elderly. Many times I have been driving when an elderly person was driving the wrong way on a one way street or going through a red light. I've even seen the elderly back into poles or cars and keep going. Of course, young people make these same mistakes, but I think the elderly should have to pass a driving test after a certain age like young people do.

they have a cell phone in one hand and god knows what else in the other hand. they think that they can just throw it in drive and go. they drive too fast and they can't handle the speed, they also tail gate and flip people off. youngsters behind the wheel are one of my pet peeves..i know not all kids drive like this but there are TOO many of them that do
make them learn how to drive a stick shift. that'll keep them focused on their driving

Everyone who wants to dive must go through a medical examination. And than there will be theory and practical course. Must able to swim 100m.
Every sports has its risk, we just need to follow instruction and know the risk.

they are often poor judges of what it takes to get stopped and so on. they are often showing off for friends in the car and get in trouble that way.

wrecks...teens are 3x's more likely to get in wrecks, but I have beat those odds...i've never gotten a ticket or in a wreck!
