You will have no problem talking. The most weird thiing about having your wisdom teeth taken out at the same time is that you will feel the numbness for awhile which could make you sound funny when you talk, but as for anything not allowing you to talk, no you'll be able to. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and Had no problems with talking afterward.

Yes your wisdom teeth are in the back and the teeth you rely on for word enunciation are located to the front.

I had surgery to get all four of mine out at once and I talked that day. You have gauze in your mouth for about an hour afterwards and then you can talk just fine.

no, they have to cut your vocal cords to get to your wisdom teeth...OF COURSE you will be able to talk, no one will be able to understand you tho as you will more than likely have a mouth full of gauze and still be drugged up.

not immediately, and listen to them about not eating after midnight, because you will throw up during the procedure. and do not go to work or do anything besides sit on the couch and eat mashed potatoes, or you will feel sharp intense pain that is not from this world

absolutely. your mouth may be sore but it does not keep you from talking. you will have gauze in your mouth so you may talk a little funny. also be careful and don't rinse out your mouth and don't suck through a straw it can cause a dry socket and you do NOT want that. good luck

Of course, they are your wisdom "teeth" not your wisdom "vocal cords".

Yes, but you will be sore and the more you talk the more you will bleed. At least that's the way it was for me. Good luck!
