I have already comprised a list of philosophers who wrote about God, but in my paper I need to see if there were any who believed and wrote anything about Paganism. Any ideas?

Plato wrote extensively about paganism (the Greek variety, obviously). Actually, all the Greek philosophers did. Kind of like how the European philosophers all wrote about the Christian god.
Not surprisingly, the Islamic poet/philosopher Rumi wrote a lot about Allah.

Depending on how you define paganism, you might want to take a look at Lao Tzu as well. And depending on how you define philosophy, the Epic of Gilgamesh is also a good read.

most philosophers wrote about god because if they wrote anything else they might be killed, or outed from the community that they lived in.

to find Pagan philosophy you will probally need to look to modern pagans. most of the European pagans did not keep a written record but they kept their history through an oral history, through stories and bards that were trained to repeat the stories exactaly as they were first told.

now if you look to some of the ancient greek or roman gods you may find some philosophers that wrote of them, they are still Pagan just not in the Wicca/Druidic types that most associate paganism with.

Plato, Aristotle, Pythagorous, Marcus Aurelius, Cicero, Plotinus, would all be a good start.
