You have to tour player, caddy, and rules officals for the tour. Some of the pro's have agents. I sujppose each stop has some local promoters of the event.

Then on the golf course side you have all postitions from working in the clubhouse, giving lessons to taking care of the golf course. Several schools now help with training. you can go to www.pgalinks.com to find out more

It really depends on if you're asking about the PGA Tour, or the PGA of America. The PGA Tour consists of the players you see on TV, and all the employees that make the tournaments happen. You can find more information about employment through PGATour.com

If you're talking about a PGA Professional at a golf course, it is a different organization called the PGA of America. They work hand-in-hand with the PGA Tour but do operate differently. You can find all kinds of information at www.pgalinks.com. PGA Professionals do everything from give lessons, to sell golf merchandise, run golf shops, run golf courses, etc.

You can be a caddie or an announcer. You can also work in the management of the PGA, like the President, the Vice President and/or the board of directors.
