Of course it happened... if the woman is too dumb to notice a dirty dish from a clean dish then she can do it herself. I think woman are too bent on doing the dishes.. I'd say get a dishwasher hello it's the 21st century. Dishwashers were invented in 1950's hmmm some odd 56 years ago.

Not only did it happen, but if no woman was around to see it the guy gets double credit for washing it. And triple if he dries it and puts it away.

Yes, because the woman is out earning the money while the man stays home and watches baseball.

Probably did not happen b/c what the man probably did is squirt some liquid dish detergent on the dish and then rinsed it off.
Huh!?!?!?!

i love how it's dish singular! conjured up a great image of a sink full of dirty dishes. . . all but one mysteriously clean, a few soap bubbles still linger. . . this one's definitely a case for the authorities.
and was the "God saw it" answer a little odd?
total thumbs up, fun question.

yes. unlike sound which doesnt occur (a tree falls in a forest...) unless there is an ear and a brain to interpret it, the dish is in fact clean

Is the dish put away or left in the dish drainer. If it's put away it never happened. If it's in the dish drainer with crust still on it, it happened.
