Well i don't know how long you too have been seeing each other or how you meet.
But i find myself asking my hubby the same thing. mostly because i just want to be reassured that he still finds me attractive and loves me. It's all about self - esteem. we all want to make sure your loved one is attractive to us and find us attractive too. and if we feel that someone better might come along and take your attention then we find ourselves questioning you guys unfortunately if you really do love us or are just comfortable where your at . and not wanting to look for anyone but that your satisfied with where your at in life. at that particular moment.
Also how often do you tell her you love her or show her bye leaving her a I love you note. or when you talk to her. do you show it in your words, actions that you truly honestly do love her and not just a way to make her happy. if your not truly in love.
Just be honest with her and share with her your feelings and Tell her you love her an mean it .

She is not feeling like you still love her maybe you are not doing enough to show your love . There are many simple things you can do to show your love like maybe a lotion rub down , flowers , take her out to a movie , buy her a gift , do anything special for her for no reason and she will greatly appriciate it also maybe you should tell her how much you love her more often .
