No, not particularly. However I am more humble now than I was when I first became a Christian and as the Holy Spirit works to conform me to the image of Christ I become a little more humble than I was the year before and the year before that, etc.

"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Because whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. Romans 8:28-29

How can someone answer this question? If they answer Yes, then are the humble. If you want to know if I am I guess you have to ask people interact with.

I want to be, and sometimes I am, however I am also human and at times can be a real self righteous so and so.
The best definition I have ever heard for humble is just being teachable.

I was going to say,'Humility is over rated'. But I really think it depends on your definition of humility.

I think far too many people don't think nearly enough of themselves. They allow others to get the happiness they long for, they don't even make an effort to grab their fair share of all the happiness that life has to offer because they don't think they are worthy enough. THAT sort of humility is bad and dangerous to your sanity.

But on the other hand, being able to understand that the world doesn't really give a rats a$z about you, and that it simply gives the good stuff to those who are willing to strive for it, is HEALTHY. Understanding that what YOU want is irrelevant to anyone else and the world in general is a good thing. Coming to terms with that understanding is very healthy and allows us to not only strive for what we want, but allows us to accept the fact that we don't always GET what we want. That's a good humility.

Yea, I think that I am humble. I am far from perfect. I realize I definitely have limitations. I read so many posts on here and some of them leave me in awe. Theirs is an intelligence far greater than mine.

I try when I go before the throne of God. Humble myself on my knees before him when I pray. Subject myself to those whom are in authority over me for the Lord's sake.
Love my enemies even when I do not want to. Show them kindness when I want to show them hate.
Why? Because I Love God and His son my brother and my friend Jesus.
