Call the vet and tell him/her the symptoms. It may be because of the shots or not. The vet will know.

He could just be having a reaction from his shots. And I would call the vet for reassurance that he is not having an unusual reaction. It sounds like an overreaction to me so call ASAP.

Never let a vet give your cat more than one shot at a time. Many cats have allergic reactions so if you give a whole bunch at once you won't know which one is giving the adverse reaction.

It makes extra trips for you and it the best way to go with vaccinations.

Sounds like an adverse reaction to the vaccination.

Most adverse reactions resolve without serrious problems, but some don't.

Also, any adverse vaccine reaction should be taken as a red flag regarding future vaccinations, even if it means changing kitty's lifestyle to avoid exposure to diseases, since further vaccinations might not be safe.

VAS is very real. I've been through it with my late great Rusty. It's one of the most pressing issues in feline medicine today.

Previous adverse vaccine reactions have been identified as a risk factor for VAS.

Yes please call your vet. tiredness and sleepy is normal. But to cry out when touching your cat isn't.
