OK MY SISTER HAS 4 GIRLS, ONES 6, ONES 3, AND THE OTHER BABY TWINS ARE 8 MONTHS. SHE CANT AFFORD ALL FOUR, THEY ONLY PLANNED 3 BUT THE LAST ONE ENDED UP BEING TWINS.

OUR PARENTS CANT TAKE ONE OF THEM BECAUSE MOM HAS 2 JOBS AND DAD IS ALWAYS OUT OF TOWN. SO THEY HAVE NO TIME TO RAISE THE GIRL.

NOW I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND MONEY TO RAISE ONE OF THEM BUT CAN MY SISTER GIVE ME CUSTODY OR 'SIGN SOMETHING' THAT MAKES ME THE LEGAL GUARDIAN?

PLEASE HELP

I believe both parents would have to sign her over, or if she has full custody she may be able to do it. Contact a lawyer and ask them. Good luck!
