yes your sister can give up custody and you can adopt her. I Don`t think there will be "mental" problems in the future.(like someone said earlier).i think you can avoid that by letting the baby know who her real mother is...i`m sure if she grows up knowing the truth she will understand later on

I disagree with Phoenixheat about mental trauma. The girl will grow up with the same family she would've had if she stayed with her birth mother. She will know her birth mother and all her sisters. What's the problem there? My aunt gave her youngest to my parents; we were raised as sisters and never knew the difference till we were old enough to understand adoption. My parents were her "bonded parents", though not her "biological" parents, and I was, in her mind, the only sister she had. It all worked out.
Yes, your sister and the baby's father can give you custody, if they're both willing. There are a few kinds of adoptions, like where the biological parents have the legal right to know what's going on in their kid's life, at least insofar as a family friend would (there are better-worded rules out there), so it's all good.

You can adopt the child. Just make sure that you tell the kid as early as they understand becuase it makes life alot easier to know that you were adopted and not find out when you are like 16 and already have enough stress in your life from being a teenager.
Not a good mix hormones and big news.

Yes. You can adopt if both parents agree. Imagine, however, when the child grows up and finds out her mother let that happen. It could lead to mental problems. If you have a lot of money, why don't you set up a trust fund for the kids, establishing what it can and can't be used for.

Yes, your sister can sign rights over to anyone she feels without cost or very little cost. Good luck to you and that is so wonderful that your heart is so big for a child.

The courts will provide him custody if he needs it.. I propose your mom and dad make a handle him. till you have concrete evidence of your allegations the court docket will provide the youngster to its Father over the grandparents and Aunt.
