what is an iPod shuffle , is it just an ipod case or an actual music playing ipod. helpp please thank you.

To answer your question "YES" it is an mp3 player. It is just really small and doesn't have a screen. It is called a shuffle because the songs shuffle around and you don't know what song is coming next.

It is a smaller ipod, which completely different accessories. It has a smaller memory (I think 256MB or 512MB). You can't select which songs it plays, it is random. Also, there is no display screen. It can't do videos or photos like some of the higher grade ipods either. I personally would opt for a MP4, which will also allow you to hear the radio.

its a hella small ipod that carries like 100 songs. good for running or excercising with cause its the size of a kit kat bar

its an ipod but it just holds like 99 songs and you cant choose them or anything- just shuffle them. its like a tiny mixtape.
