Those who said preview and send are correct. But before that do if you remember check spelling by clicking the words check spelling.
Also what happens is your answer is actually posted for all to see and not sent to the individual unless he did select to be notified by email that his question does have an answer.
You can also check the profile of the one who did ask by clicking on the picture I.D. of the one who ask it and maybe he has a contact means to answer him directly if that is your desire OK.

you scroll down to the preview button then there will come another screen after wards then look for the submit button.
