As a friend I would talk to her parents.........she is too young to date anyone right now let alone a 28 yr. old. He could get into serious trouble...there is something definately wrong with him, so talk to her parents NOW! True friends will do things that might upset their friends at times, but that is what true friendship is all about!

Let her know that she can get him in BIG trouble. If he's 28 and she's only 13,it against the law in most states!!!! Besides that he only wants one thing and it's not just a kiss good night!

i know it sounds crap but i really think u should tell someone hat can actually do something about it ... like her parents.... or if the relationship goes any further ... the police... she may hate you for a while...but if something were to have ever happened...sexually or that...she will regret it later on so help her out now...she'll thank you wen she grows up and realizes what may have happened

I know I did at her age
i still say that age is nothin but a number
but you need to let her know that the most important thing is her saftey and she needs to know that 1 in 3 people under the age of thirty has genital warts a cancer causing std that one can NEVER cure

First get your friend to meet this guy... then when it all goes down, call the police and have them standing by to bust the sex offender.
You have to do your part to protect your friend and any other victims this guy may be preying on in the future.

i have had a similar problem but this time the guy was 21 and she never even saw him. i don't know if this was the wright thing to say but i told that he texted me and i never texted him back so now shes back to here same old self you know dieing over that one guy her age that doesn't even care. by the way i am 11 years old so e-mail me back and tell me if it works me e-mail is littlesodjr@yahoo.com
