If you recall you were told That Osama Bin Laden was the Mastermind of 9/11, now it seem ist not.. is it possible its
GW bin LaBush your terrorist?
I dont know, but someone who would not hesitate to torture human, bombs innocent people, make-up incoherent stories about WMDs
in Iraq or saddam Hussein, does not have much credibility,

Recently , I review number 2 al-Quaida boss speech asking americans to convert to islam, i could see the threat of Islamo-fascism Bush allude too. It looked ridiculous this video and the video look like it come from Bush PR made CIA owned offices..
Dont you think war on terror seem is imaginary ?

Bush doesn't want them to go through a normal trial because that way he can't control the outcome.

{EDIT to BlackSabbath} You missed the 6th Amendment, I see. And the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and about a century of federal criminal law. But you got two points as least.

It is because you don't want them on American soil to get american criminal justice rights. The difference in military trials is that evidence that could not be used in American court systems can be allowed.

You could never convict any terrorist in the American court system and we don't want to. You can't always get a witness into court to testify since many of them were undercover or they may not be available any longer. And of course there is some of that treatment issue.

But of course there are real terrorist, and there were WMD, some were found, others were all moved out, or not allowed to be discussed. There were labs found, scientists who made them found. So there is only no beleif to people who are so tied up into hating Bush, they just don't want to beleive the truth.

No but I do beleive you need to be back on your meds.

I thought I was alone thinking this sounds like a Petroleum industry government related plot intended to run up the price of gas steal stock money rob banks and economic systems while the buildings are taken out. They capped oil wells full of oil fully producing in Texas in the 80s then drilled a bunch more full of oil up in Alaska then capped them after getting money from our government. Kind of makes me wonder who are the REAL terrorists and why are they picking another war in the Middle East? And why is the government still allowing students in with visas without applying other fees fines and investigations and allowing them in without completing all the requirements?

The terrorists in custody don't need a trial, they need beheading, burned alive with gasoline, torture, and endless agony just like the pigs inflict on those of us they capture ! Speaking of actors and liars with big imaginations, you seem to fit the bill ! How about it AHMED !!!

Normal courts are "Criminal Courts" they are reserved for citizens. The terrorists are not citizens, therefore they have to be tried in a different process.
