I dont know but if you are out of your house, you call your number and if you know your voicemail code, as soon as your voicemail comes on, you hit that code and it works. Thats the way i do it from the outside It may be in your answering machine manual I Believe that most default security codes are like 1234 or 9999 i may be confusing them with something else but may be in the manual
