No,no no,hun.You cant /get/ a boy to kiss you.It needs to naturally come.Girl meets boy.Girl asks boy out.Girl goes on a couple of dates with boy and develop a deep relationship.Girl thinks their relationship is good enough to bring it to a higher level.Girl gets the courage to kiss boy,or,boy gets the courage to kiss girl.
Believe me,dating a guy always ends up either way.Unless your 12.

Take it slow girl. Start by getting to know him. take walks or hang out. But if you just want a kiss tell him some thing like your taking a survey on kissing or tell him you heard he was a great kisser.
