No, it is not ok. Juicy Fruit gum, like most gum these days, has stopped simply using sugar and started using artificial sweeteners which can be deadly for dogs. It is already known to cause all kinds of problems in people. They use it in the regular gum as well as the sugar free and avoid labeling it as "diet" by claiming it is a flavor enhancer instead of an artificial sweetener. I believe what they use is aspartame or acesulfame or a similar chemical sweetener. I'm not sure which since it's been a while - I haven't chewed gum in years since they did this because it causes me an almost instant migraine (in 10 minutes or less) if I chew it. If it is a big dog a 12 pack probably will not clog its intestines but get the dog to a vet anyway because of the chemicals in the gum.

thats not good at all, i think that he/she will be sick tonight. That is not good if he ate 60 piece of gum. Be more careful where you keep the gum , and make sure your dog doesn't get the gum. I would take him to the vet if he keeps throwing up tonight.

If can form a plug in your dogs body, causing a big blockage and making him/her unable to have a bowel movement. If this happens, you will have to pay for a surgery so I'd take your pup to the vet now.

Probably not. The sooner you can get him to a vet the better, once my dog swallowed a piece of chocolate and he almost died.

You can call poison control. they will tell you to make him swallow peroxide, which will make him throw up all that junk. My dog ate a much of chocolate minies wrapers and all, and that's what I was told to do.
