I have hazel eyes and it is good to go to a more ''blond'' color?

NEVER use black. Try to use something in the chestnut brown colors with a little touch of red.
This will enhance the highlights of dark hair and brighten pale skin.

You should always stay as true to natural as possible. Dark red, black, dark brown would be awesome. Any light colors would wash out the skin tones.

dark hair w/pale skin is beautiful - you don't say what color eyes, but a deep rich auburn would look great w/your coloring, whether your eyes are brown, blue or green

Light brown w/ some beigh highlights you'll look really great! Or a brown with some noticible auburn highlights, go with whatever feels right! Good luck!
