today at school in the bathroom. a 1 year lower class boy told me that my soccer team sux and that his team was gonna beat us this year. so I grabbed him by his throat. it just really upset me I have never done anything like this before. now I have detention and have to stay after school. should I be labeled a bully. do insinuating circumstances matter. What do you think bully or not

Well, if it's the 1st time ever, probably not. It was VERY mean and rude to choke that boy, but what he said wasn't very nice ether. But that's no reason to grab his throat the way you did! :( Apologize 2 that guy and try to work on your self-control. it is very good that you recognized yourself as a bully and had the courage to say it. now you know what you did was wrong, and u should try NOT to do it EVER again!

I don't know that bully is the right word, but I would say that what you did was inappropriate. You shouldn'g grab anyone for any reason by the neck regardless of how mad they make you. How would you like someone to grab you by the neck? Scary??!

What you did was a form of bullying. I wouldn't call you a bully unless you repeat the negative behavior.

There was no excuse for you to put your hands on that kid. You should be able to ignore his taunts. If you had been an adult and did that to another adult you would be in jail right now. Learn from your mistake now, so you don't have to pay for it later.

I have a suggestion.First,APOLOGIZE TO THAT POOR KID!Second,don't do that again.
If you do something like that again,I suggest Anger management therapy.

well, i do think that you could have reacted differently, but as for the bullying....no. you never did anything like that before, so i think that you were just pissed off.....
