Lots of charm and compliments. Don't just say "You're hot" - they hear that from every guy. Tell them they have a fantastic personality or they're really smart or interesting or something.
Don't come across as too eager either - hang back a little and be cool about it.

1.be very attractive
2.have lots of money
3.be very intelligent
4.be very witty and funny... to them, at least
5.get them drunk
6.have lots of friends
7.take them to cool places like parties and concerts that they couldn't go to without you
8.drive a good car, wear good clothes, that sort of thing
9.be able to be so emotionally secure that you are able to listen to all their needs indefinitely, and let all criticism bounce off you (strong and silent type). this is too aggravating for me personally
10. compliment them (but don't hit on them)
11. many other ways, but that depends on the individuality of the girl. For example, some want you to treat them bad, others want to be treated like a princess.

Fill your bank account. Those party type hott chix seems to love material things.lol @ some of these lame azz answers. If you want a wife, then this is fine, but if you want some gurlz gone wild, then you'd better stick with the money. Charm my azz!lol
