It's normal for kids to kiss at a very young age. Is it a good thing? I don't think so. I remember when I was in eighth grade, a boy made fun of me because I'd never made out. (but people are starting WAY before 8th grade)
I think it's good for people to go out in high school.. because that has potential to be something worthwhile for the future.
I guess it's ok for kids to kiss in middle school, but it depends if the kid is mature about it or not.

about 8th grade to got out and 6th to kiss.

i think about 14 for dating, and kissing is hard to tell

..well a lot of people i know have gone pretty far, I'm a freshie, but I've never had my first kiss yet, just don't want to kiss anyone ya know??
