If you like him & you think he does, i think you should go for it, ask him for a drink or go the movies & PLEASE don't clam-up expecting him to talk to you. Ask him questions, any question. Tell him about yourself, your likes & dislikes ( please leave out intimate details, at least for now if you want to). Do so & free yourself. Maybe he's not someone you'll like after all, but you can only know for sure after you've had a one-on-one with him. He may have habits that appall you, or body/mouth odour or may not like you for one reason or the other (you know, something or the other that'll make you want to hang yourself for liking him in the first place, something that'll make you ask yourself 'what was i thinking?). Just muster the courage & talk to him b4 someone else gets to him. It may be worth the while & leave you happy you took the chance.
He may be turned (not exactly sexually) by the fact that you came to him. Besides it's a good experience. What do you have to lose?

Ask him if he wants to get something to eat after work one day. At the restaurant, mention that you've been wanting to see some movie. If he's smart, he'll suggest that you go see it together. Then, you're in. I know it sounds sneaky, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

Try to bump into him on the hall way. Make it look like an accident, but when you do bump stay like really close to him. He will have to talk to you. Make sure you smell really good before you bump into him.
