Depends on climate , diet and your genetics , I am an indian and I regularly shave my head , it takes me close to 3 months to get back hair close to normal length.

1) hair grow faster when they are short
2) " " " " " " when the climate is warm
3) " " " " " " " when you have a good diet and oil them up.
4) vitamin e is known to stimulate hair growth
for me average length is defined by 60 mm , as I roughly have near to 10/12 mm of growth in 2 weeks.

I used to sport long hair the place where I stay has a very pleasant climate , but once you start shaving your head you would get hooked on to it.

On average, healthy hair grows about 1/2" per month. So, decide what length (in inches) you call "normal" and multiply that by 2 for the number of months it takes.

...or just stay bald

The average human's hair grows 1/2 an inch per month so if you just wanted a military type cute, about a month. Otherwise figure about one month per half inch of hair you want.

It is all a matter of how your body already works, and nutrition. But if you want to speed things up....Go to a nutrition store like GNC and buy some 'Biotin'. I suggest the blend made for mens hair nourishment. GNC's Mens Ultra NourishHair. Biotin helps your fingernails, skin and hair look and feel healthier. So its going to be good for you anyway.....but hair wise, biotin is awesome!

Depends on your definition of 'normal'. I assume you mean just long enough to maybe part it...more than a 'crew cut'.

It varies from person to person but I would say you are looking at about 4 months.

you in all probability get a haircut each and every 4-6 weeks. So i might say 10 weeks on your hair to advance decrease back 13 weeks in case you trim it alongside the way which will maximum in all probability be the case.
