How can I get a list of Jane Does on line for New Mexico.For the past five or ten years.

You could check the Missing Persons Division, but that's usually divided by jurisdiction. (City and/or county, not statewide.) Call a police department in NM and ask them how to go about it. Interesting question...I'm wondering why you're asking it. Anyway, hope this answer helps.
