Everyone will probably do something to do with chemistry biology or physics involving beakers, flasks and such. Try to do a social studies experiment...like studying how people's heavy use of internet (like My space, etc.) affect their grades or something. Then you get to interview your friends and get everyone involved in your project. You present the results on a poster. It'be different...

Yeah, I did a report on volcanoes, once. Also one on lasers and one on technology interfaces between cars and humans. You know, how a car can communicate with the driver.

it all depends on what grade you are in.You can buy poster board and make a diagram of an animal or plant cell.You can use toothpicks and marshmallows to make a diagram of DNA.you can do the classic 3-d diagram of our solar system or make a diagram of our intestines using construction paper or toilet paper rolls.i have more ideas so if you want email me.
