In my opinion, I have some good news and some bad news. First the bad, you'll never do anything that will give you instant stamina in a week. I know this as a matter of fact, not just my opinion. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be just fine. Are you ready for the good news? You're 12, you got youth on your side, use it to your advantage, you'll be able to dig down deep when it counts. 3 minutes? 3 minutes will be nothing for you, your tough and you're in shape. The whole thing hinges on you getting nervous, being nervous will zap the energy right out of you. You gotta be comfortable in there and you'll be just fine. If you're fighting in the other guys home town close your eyes when your in the ring and imagine that all the cheers are for you. If you're fighting in your hometown use your friends and families energy to push you to new heights. You'll be okay Champ, stop worrying about a quick energy boost, if you been listening to your coach and continue to listen to your coach you're gonna WIN. Good luck Iceman555.

At you age you should do no more than 3 rounds. Stay relaxed, have fun, and keep you hands up!

Run, shadowbox, skip, pushups, situps, spar alot, and hit a heavybag. but its true, your not going to get very far in a week. you'll probably get a bunch of bruises, a few cuts and sore hands if you do it right though, it takes time to get used to the training and actually get anything out of it.
