Is it ok to feed babies under 12 months milk in their cereal?

Great question and as always, one that varies from child to child. The general rule of thumb is that babies get weaned from formula to whole milk at around 1 year.

Most parents start mixing regular milk in with formula at first and then make the switch completely. The same goes for the cereal, if your baby hasn't lost interest in it already.

Always go with what works for your baby abd ask your doctor if you have any questions.

Good luck!

Breastmilk would be better, but a little bit of cow or goats milk is okay too, as long as it is not a main part of their diet.
