it will most likely not target individual players..but if you are caught you will serve prison time.
think of it as like child porn...cops dont usually know who has child porn until they are tipped off by a supplier or someone reports it.

are you refering to the anti online gambling laws? or is it that you think that playing online games like world of warcraf, everquest or others is illegal?
As far as I know online online gambling is illegal..

I do not see how anyone would know if you gambled online or not unless they sat at your computer and watched you play.
