I know it can happen, but I've never met anyone possesed.

I knew a GREEK ORTHODOX priest who told me stores on people who came to him for help . I have no doubt but to believe him . My friend at work had an experience but advised me that she would not tell anyone else as she knows she would be ridiculed ...but I am an open minded person and she knew she could turn to talk to me . I don't think many people on this if any would come out and say Yes as with some of the answers you have recieved you can see why

I have once. My best friend. He and I were talking on a Ouija board in a cemetary at night. We would do this a lot. And one night he became very fatigued, but he insisted on continuing on with the board. Well on the drive home he passed out and woke up with a look in his eye I'd never seen before. I had an inkling of what was going on and I chatted a bit with the "demon" possesing him. Luckily my friend's body was still very fatigued. I hate to imagine what might've happened should the demon been able to move well enough.
But the demon didn't really come across as evil, just really pissy. It went by a name of an entity we'd spoken with previousely on the Ouija board--one which neither my friend nor I particularly respect--and mostly went on complaining about that.

I believe only those who are not saved can be possesed. People who are saved by the Lord can only be oppressed. I have heard of a girl who went to a Christian youth weekend retreat was possesed. She was banging her head on the ground and growling and screaming. A girl from my church saw this happen on the retreat and told me about it.
Where the Holy Spirit resides, no demon can enter.

personally i dont believe in demonic possesion ... i do however feel that people can display what seems to be demonic possesion .. i have studied such possesions and have other theories as to what may be happening
but regardless of what is the cause ... it does happen ... and if that person is of a faith then a person of that faith is enough to eliminate the problem
to put it simply ... if someone believes they are possesed by evil .. then it stands to reason that only someone of the cloth can cast that out

Yep, I have seen it, and I believe it was a possession, not a seizure, there was change in voice, getting stronger etc. I work in Australian company in Indonesia, most of the expatriates here are skeptical about those things, but when they saw it they believe it is a possession, they said possession is rarely heard in their country, may be people more logical in their country so it is more difficult for demon to possess them. Bible also record Jesus cast away demon from a person, so it is real.

Your question: Yes I have. A woman that went to our Church several years back. I didn't know her well but spoke to her several times..she was new. Any way we have a service once a Month for people who would like to be prayed over..I sometimes go and ask for prayer for my kids wife etc. Well this lady was there...I'd say there were only 25-30 standing around...and and man on the prayer team asked if he could pray for her..she said no..she didn't want that...he said I think you do have something...he kept pushing her..I couldn't believe the way he was talking to her...finally she agreed...as he started to pray she fell to the ground..she started to roll around like a snake..her face contorted...she started to look like a cat...really!!! She started to curse Jesus, the church, God the bible...it was the most foul thing I have ever seen...the prayer team memeber just stood there...not one bit shocked as I was...he kept saying in the name of Jesus come OUT...COME OUT...this woman started to speak in different languages...hissing like a snake...I left after about 30 minutes of this...I was told they were there all night...the lady gave a testimony on the whole thing 2 weeks later...it turns out that she was sexually molested as a child from 2 years old until 17...it ws a long story...but that is my only experience of demons.

i have seen what was called by people an excorcism,,it was nothing more then a scared older woman with downs sydrome and was a lil mentally ill they slapped the heck out of her and prayed the whole time saying they could drive the demon out,i was asked to leave when i cusssed out the fools for abuseing the poor woman,,

Maybe not in the meaning you are talking about, but I've seen Satan take hold of people and pull them away from their beliefs. It was hard to wrestle them back too. Took a lot of prayer, but it was possible.

Posessed? Yes. Demonic? I'm not as sure about that one. My ex, for one, and one of my friends as well. The whole talking in two voices thing emily rose style kind of clinched it.
